Believe you can and you are halfway there
I truly believe that the only way to make a real difference is to enjoy what we do. It is our responsibility to explore ourselves, understand our core competences, and reach our full potential. For these reasons, I made a conscious decision to change my career a year ago.
After much research, creating pro-and-con lists, and self-analysis, I finally put together a puzzle and combined all my key words. I mixed my passion for business and branding with my fascination for technology, added an admiration for psychology, and topped it off with my deep inner need to create a comfortable and beautiful world. And voilà! That is why I chose a career in UX UI design.

Work Experience in Spain
I worked as part of a Business Advisory Firm in the Corporate Affairs department, helping international companies to land and start operations in Spain in the fields of accounting, tax, payroll, technology, legal, and bureaucracy. My role involved:
- Developing excellent service-oriented relationships with the clients (international companies) and helping them run their business in the most efficient way.
- Advising and executing different administration and operational processes on behalf of the client, such as interactions with Spanish public bodies (Tax Office, Social Security Administration) to proceed with company registration and de-registration, company address changes (tax, legal registered, and activity addresses), obtaining Social Security numbers for companies and their employees, changing the company name, opening new company work centers, filing Business Activity Tax declarations, obtaining Digital Certificates, coordinating Occupational Health and Safety policies, and communicating the opening of the company work center to the Regional Labor Authorities.
- Establishment of international cooperation in the following sectors: medical projects, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, technical aids and rehabilitation equipment, food industry, and technology transfer.
- Searching and analyzing data on: companies producing innovative products for the aforementioned sectors; investment projects; documents required for certification; current export conditions; counterparts; and other relevant information as per client requests and interests.
- Holding negotiations and B2B meetings; verifying contracts and non-disclosure agreements; preparing quarterly budgets and cash projections; compiling reports; providing business guidance and counseling; daily use of CRM, ERP, and other business management tools.
- Studying and analyzing companies' projects on exporting their products and/or services; conducting market analysis; and analyzing data and information.
- Establishing and maintaining business relations with Spanish institutions supporting internationalization, such as Chambers of Commerce, groups of companies, industry associations, technological institutes, etc.
- Organizing events: selecting participants, choosing the location and time; handling logistics; budgeting and preparing event programs; searching for experts for ongoing and upcoming projects (translators, photographers, catering, etc.). Organizing business meetings, presentations, videoconferences, and other business and corporate communication meeting formats.
- Attending trade shows, exhibitions, and fairs; personally participating in the events and taking part in presentations highlighting the potential of the Eurasian market.
- Supporting the marketing department: creating, reviewing, and/or searching for content for the company website and social media accounts; verifying, translating, and designing the company's presentations.
- Conducting economic and policy research: researching Russian government developments in government grants, subsidies, and programs, funds, and new financial instruments.
- Order management: administration in internal ERP system, administration and submission of documentation related to the order, following up company’s and customer’s requirements, credit and rebill;
- Contract management: support of authorized company’s distributors, sales channel reporting, rebates calculation, credit notes processing;
- Reporting: sales data analysis and reports compilation;
- Planning: sales planning, stock control;
- Logistics: internal and external logistics control of the ordering process;
- Customer support: communication with suppliers and customers, follow-ups and resolution of incidents.
- Maintaining relationships with property owners and clients;
- Showing properties to potential buyers and renters;
- Providing guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property;
- Negotiations, consulting clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters;
- Creating lists of real estate properties for rent and sale, with descriptions, locations, features, square footage, etc.;
- Promoting properties with ads, web listings, and open houses;
- Preparing purchase agreements, rental agreements, sales contracts, deeds and other documents for each real estate transaction;
- Administering submitted financial and legal documents, cooperating with attorneys, mortgage lenders, contractors, banks, and notaries.
Work Experience in Russia
- Preparation and administration of the documents, cases and claims prior to litigation;
- Researching and analyzing accounts before initiating debtor contact, historical data examination, evaluation of the past collection efforts.
- Monitoring the implementation of monetary legislation by residents and non-residents;
- Regulating Exchange Control.
