Margarita opened the French-style Boulangerie bakery two months ago, specializing in pastries and confectionery, particularly croissants. As the brand chef, she designed a menu featuring classic croissants as well as vegan and gluten-free options, experimenting with flavor combinations such as croissants with figs and brie cheese, or stuffed with mango or pineapple. Boulangerie also offers gourmet confectionery like lemon tartlets with mango mousse, chocolate biscuit cakes with coconut layers, and chia pudding with papaya cream. The bakery has six coffee tables, so customers can eat in or take away.
To grow her business, Margarita regularly searches for suppliers, partners, and sponsors. That's why she works with Summer Taste shop, an exotic fruit supplier, and orders fruit deliveries twice a week.
